In addition to the Manufacturing product groups there are also scientific and technical support departments. Furthermore, there are also facilities for the manufacturing of product prototypes, wear evaluation, and investigative analysis under simulated in service conditions. The Computer Modelling and Simulation Department and the Patents, Trademarks, and Licences Department support and expedite the developmental projects. The work of this division starts with assisting the marketing division with handling of enquiries. The technology group also selects the Products required to fulfill a given order , based on the Technical specifications. Process required for the manufacture of different products are also designed by the Technology Group and then transferred to the production division. The Technology Group assist in the production through Quality Control and Testing , they also have the responsibility of bringing continuous improvement in the product quality and process efficiency. The Testing Group tests the in-coming raw materials and inspects the final products.
